Second, the main structure
1.1 Base part
The whole base is a box structure welded by A3 steel plate. The left side of the base is a hydraulic oil tank and the right side is a cooling water tank. After the base is welded, it is subjected to vibration aging treatment to remove the welding internal stress.
1.2 Guiding part
The guide part is divided into saw beam guide and saw blade guide part. The guide part of the saw beam is composed of a large-diameter column and an auxiliary square column. The lifting oil cylinder is used to guide the sawing feeding and retracting. The reasonable structural layout makes the sawing guide more stable and more accurate. The saw blade guide is composed of a pair of guide arms and a guide head. The guide head twists the saw blade wound on the rim of the saw wheel into a perpendicular state to the worktable surface, so that the cutting material has a high degree of verticality.
1.3 Main drive system
The main transmission system consists of a worm gear reducer, a V-belt pulley, and a main motor. The worm gear is made of tin bronze material and is processed on a precision gear hobbing machine with a precision worm gear hob. After the worm is quenched, it is ground on a precision worm grinder, with a high surface finish and high precision. The box body adopts HT250 cast iron, with the special boring die to ensure the machining accuracy, and the worm gear has a long service life. The output end of the worm gear box is connected with the driving wheel, and the driven wheel is driven to rotate by the saw blade wound on the rim to perform rotary cutting.
1.4 Saw blade tensioning device
It consists of a tensioning handle, a tensioning screw tensioning carriage, a tensioning slider, a hollow adjusting screw, etc .; the tensioning screw can be used to tension and loosen the saw blade and replace the saw blade; through the hollow adjusting screw, Adjust the angle relationship between saw wheel and beam plate.
1.5 Feeding positioning system
The feeding positioning system consists of the feeding bed, cylindrical guide rail, roller, and special grating ruler for sawing machine. When the sawing setting data is sent, the feeding is stopped and sawing is performed. The one-time feeding stroke is: 420mm.
The fixed clamp of the front fuselage is driven by an oil cylinder and a spring, and makes a rotary movement with the shaft as the origin, which can effectively reduce the remaining amount of the material head and improve the utilization rate. (See picture of this device)
1.6 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic motor, pump, solenoid valve, speed control valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe and oil tank, etc., through the command output of the electrical system to complete the actions required for sawing.
1.7 Electrical system
The electrical system is composed of transformer, contactor, touch screen, PLC, relay, proximity switch, wire and switch. By inputting data and parameter settings in the touch screen, and cooperating with the hydraulic system, it can complete a series of required actions for sawing.
1.8 Protection device
The protection device is divided into safety protection and electrical system protection. The safety protection device includes saw wheel protective cover, belt wheel protective cover and other facilities. These facilities are personal safety protection facilities and cannot be removed at will. Electrical system protection includes main circuit overload protection, motor overload protection, and saw blade breakage shutdown protection.
1.9 Cooling system
The cooling system is divided into sawing cooling and hydraulic oil cooling. The cooling liquid is pumped to the cooling pipe through the cooling pump to cool the saw blade and wash the sawdust to make the sawing smoother. Hydraulic oil cooling The hydraulic oil flowing back through the oil return pipe passes through the cooler and then returns to the hydraulic oil tank, so that the oil temperature remains stable during the work and does not rise to ensure the normal and stable operation of the hydraulic system.
