    1. Main application and scope of application


    Based on the German brand PEHAPA double-column double-cylinder double-beam structure, NST-9050 is more perfect and reasonable based on the 20-year R & D experience of its own sawing machine, and has obtained a national invention patent (patent number: ZL201510260342.1). The structure is scientific and reasonable, the appearance is generous, the cutting efficiency is high, and the service life of the band saw blade is long. It is an ideal cutting equipment for medium and small materials. This machine tool is mainly used for sawing ferrous materials. The material shape can be round or rectangular.


    2. Main features:


    1. Dual hydraulic control sawing feed speed, stepless speed regulation, more stable when sawing.


    2. The band saw blade hydraulic tension is easy to install and tension, easy to operate and maintain.


    3. The linear speed of the saw blade adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can be suitable for sawing different materials


    4. Sawing is stable and high precision.


    5. The work clamp adopts hydraulic pressure, and the operation is quick and convenient.


    6. Equipped with sawing and deflecting device, the material will automatically stop after sawing when deflecting, which effectively prolongs the life of the saw belt and improves the material utilization rate.


    7. The surface of the guide cylinder where the saw beam is installed is chrome plated + ground. The precision of the matching gap of the guide copper sleeve is matched with a precise small gap at the factory to ensure stable feeding during sawing.


    8. All hydraulic valves are matched with Taiwan and other brands to ensure smooth cutting operation.


    9. Front and rear protection meet the requirements of preventing emulsion splashing and overflowing to the workshop floor.


    10. The saw blade angle torsion device should meet the requirement that the front torsion bearing adopts a flexible structure, and the rear end uses a hard alloy rigid guide wheel, and has high precision to ensure that the saw blade runs smoothly during the sawing process.

V. Main mechanical structure

1. The machine feet are welded steel plates, the left side is a hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic system, and the right side is a combination of a cooling system equipped with a cooling pump and coolant.


2. The beam is a welded part of steel plate, which is composed of a worm gear reduction box, a saw wheel, a band saw blade guide device, a shield protection, and a saw blade tension device.


3. The band saw blade is installed on the two wheels and the guide device. After the driven wheel is tensioned, it is driven by the main motor. The band saw blade can make a circular movement around the two saw wheels to realize the main sawing movement. The saw beam is installed on the cylinder to guide the upward and downward movements, so as to complete the retracting and feeding movements.


4. The main transmission system is installed on the saw beam and is composed of the main motor, belt wheel and worm gear reducer. The frequency of the band saw blade is changed by the frequency conversion motor to adapt to the requirements of different materials and materials.
